Refund Policy

Our products are digital downloads, so you get them instantly. Because a downloaded file can’t be returned, all sales are final once your file has been downloaded, with the exceptions below.

When we’ll refund you

• A problem with your file: if your file is damaged, incomplete or won’t open, and we can’t fix it with a replacement.
• A duplicate purchase: if you accidentally bought the same product twice.
• Not yet downloaded: if you ask within 14 days of purchase and haven’t downloaded the file.

How to ask

Email hello@venturelings.com within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you used at checkout. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
