We built Venturelings for families, so we collect as little information as possible. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Children’s privacy

Venturelings is designed for parents and guardians. We don’t create accounts for children and don’t knowingly collect personal information from children, such as names, photos, contact details or locations. The idea finder asks only general questions (like age range, interests and budget) and doesn’t store your answers. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

What we collect

• Purchases: when you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address and payment details. We receive your name, email and order details so we can deliver your download and help with your order. We never see or store your full card number.
• Emails: if you sign up for emails, we keep your email address and how you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
• Site analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits and popular pages. It doesn’t identify you or track you across other websites.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
• We don’t use advertising cookies or targeted advertising.
• We don’t build profiles of children.

Services we use

We use trusted providers to run the site: Stripe for payments, an email provider for order and newsletter emails, and Vercel for hosting and analytics. They only use your information to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@venturelings.com. We may need to keep order records for tax and accounting purposes.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
